ALL THE TRUTH about the Glyka Nera case. Or what could possibly go wrong?

ALL THE TRUTH about the Glyka Nera case. A monstrous prison sentence has been handed down to Babis Anagnostopoulos.

The moment we become a prisoner of conscience in someone else’s prison, is exactly the moment when the prison of someone else, becomes our own prison of conscience, where we are tortured.

CHAPTER 1

INTRODUCTION

A 34-year-old best Greek helicopter pilot and one of Europe’s 5th best pilots Babis Anagnostopoulos who, according to his confession after 40 days of the Caroline’s murder…, strangled by horrific accident his 20-year-old wife Caroline himself, but by accident, and then murdered their family dog (for rubbery scene) on May 11 2021. Has been sentenced to life imprisonment and fines up to 21.000€.

He confessed the murder…40 days later, when according to police sources, it had analysed the evidences and found out that there was something else, but burglary. He was arrested and confessed to the murder within hours…precisely, he confessed the murder after 8 eight hours after his arrest…*

*I change text style in certain words and suggestions, on a purpose. So that my readers could see the emphasised meaning and try to think them over and make their own conclusions…

The trial proceedings started with the prosecutor’s argument. Noting that there was absolutely no evidence that the defendant had acted out of rage or in the grip of other strong emotions but rather that he was “in a calm state of mind” and that his actions were vindictive and premeditated.

“He put the child to sleep on the couch then went up to kill her. This refutes the claim of an agitated state of mind and shows premeditation,” the prosecutor said, highlighting the fact that the defendant had then placed the baby on the body of the dead mother when staging the supposed burglary in order to evoke sympathy.

The prosecutor also cited evidence from the smartwatch, that Caroline was wearing, which proved that she had been asleep when he started to choke her and also how long it took to kill her.

All wrong. First of all, how can we know for sure, that he indeed put a baby on a couch and went upstairs “to kill his wife”? Do we have clear and straightforward proves/evidences (camera recordings?) of that, rather than just WORDS? Also, the smartwatch, that shows us a different perspective of picture, that right before the death – Caroline was awake… Her smartwatch recorded heartbeats of an awake person, it showed STEPS. So the main question is, what the hell was going on there in the reality? Was there a fight between the couple? Was there someone else chasing Caroline while Babis was tied up?… Too many unanswered questions, not enough answers…

It’s been said, at the court, that “in this 5 minutes until her death, the defendant had enough time to stop choking her, but he did not”, the prosecutor added among others.

Question: Have anyone of you ever tried to perform any activity for 5 straight minutes without stopping or changing the amplitude of repetitive behaviour during the performance of the act?…

We asked a professional doctor, physician, who wished to stay anonymous:

— “As I assure you it is impossible, for physical and natural reasons, of the human body and human nature, and due to human neurological and physical system, to perform ANYTHING for 5 straight minutes, unstoppable, without any change of speed / strength / pressure or amplitude or pause… Human body is liquid enough to not being able to perform anything, in the same manner, for no longer than …a couple of seconds.”

Ask any medic for the opinion, that has an unbiased option and doesn’t know anything about Babis Anagnostopoulos…

CHAPTER 2

THE COURT, THE MEDIA AND A VERY NAIVE AUDIENCE

The lawyer of Caroline’s family reportedly described Anagnostopoulos as a “talented director, screenwriter and actor”, saying he remained unrepentant and that in his view the defendant believed he had committed the perfect crime and would never be exposed as the murderer.

Lawyers representing animal welfare organisations in the court, demanding the sentencing of Anangostopoulos for the murder of the family dog Roxy said the following: “Caroline and Roxy are gone by the same hand that caressed them,” they reportedly said in the court room.

The irony here is that we still have tremendous gaps inside the “confession” / the investigation / and the unanswered questions regarding the murder itself, the details of the murder, — a fact, that surprisingly doesn’t make feel anybody uncomfortable and somehow raises zero questions among those who were involved in decision makings of process and those who were creating a “virtual reality” of the taken place murder.

FIRST OF ALL: WHY HAVEN’T ANYBODY QUESTIONED THE FACT THAT BABIS HAD NO SCRATCHES ON HIS HANDS IF HE KILLED HIS DOG THE WAY IT WAS DESCRIBED? EVEY PET OWMNER KNOWS HOW DIFFICULT AND ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE ANY ANIMAL TO HURT WITHOUT “CONSEQUENCES” TO YOUR OWN BODY.

SECOND. WHY STILL NOWHERE AT ALL HAVEN’T BEEN FOUND BABIS DNA ON CAROLINE’S BODY OR AT THE PLACE TAKEN MURDER?

In an incredible testimony that lasted 12whole hours, Babis Anagnostopoulos devoted six hours to claim that the couple was living a “fairy tale love”. He was literally in tears, while telling all of us the story of their lives together and the inglorious end…

“My absolute priority was her happiness,” he claimed, among others, in the first part of his testimony that lasted over six hours.

CHAPTER 3

A VERY NAIVE PSYCHOLOGIST.

Among other unanswered questions and mysteries, on our humble opinion, were the regards and REGARDING the medical scientist (ok…) that has been watching the patient Caroline Crouch and supposedly should have helped a couple to overcome stress and anxiety of their married life…

Babis Anagnostopoulos described his random personal contacts with his wife Caroline Crouch, as “unstable” and “violent”, that he could have been “beaten from time to time”…

Babis claimed that Caroline was a “moody” person with anger outbursts and that she “hit” him, however, without leaving marks.

Why hasn’t this been taken seriously by the medical scientist in the first place?

Why Caroline hasn’t been handed over by this specialist, to be taken care of, of a more serious colleague than this “psychologist”, to help prevent the events that usually and UNFORTUNATELY, can occur, if the patient and a “potential victim” are not properly informed or taken care of?…

What is this? An unprofessional negligence, a government experiment, or a reptilian collusion? 🙂 Joking of course, about the two last, …but who knows, right?

Too many unanswered questions, more not enough answers…

CHAPTER 4

“SOMETIMES WE SAY SOMETHING TO PROTECT ANOTHER” (c)

Only the deaf, the dead or the stupid or someone on a purpose did not hear something that’s been said at the court room at the very beginning of the second (basically first) full day of the official start of the hearings…

And it’s not the text that I provide down this article.

“How many times can I apologise to Caroline who is not here, to our daughter who will not meet her mother, to my mother-in-law who trusted me with what was most valuable to her and I did not protect it. I apologise to Roxy our dog. I haven’t managed to save Caroline…” the defendant said at the point.

During his testimony, he often used the present tense as if Caroline was still alive, until the presiding judge corrected him, but it didn’t stop him from using present tense till the end.

“What I say is not an excuse. I’m not interested in my career, I do not care that a number of people who do not know me hate me and curse me. I only care that I will never see her again,” he said.

CHAPTER 5

A VERY NAIVE COURT. THE SENTENCE.

Life imprisonment for Babis Anagnostopoulos for the murdered young British-born mother and his wife Caroline Crouch, in addition, the 34-year-old pilot received 11.5 years in prison for the dog felony and two misdemeanour offences, as well as a fine of €20,000 for the killing of the animal and €1,000 for false testimony to police.

The Mix Jury Court in Athens unanimously found helicopter pilot Babis Anagnostopoulos “guilty” for the murder of his young wife, British-born Caroline Crouch. The murder was committed in “cold blood” and in premeditation, so the verdict.

The Jury also refused to accept any attempts by the defendant to achieve mitigating circumstances such as a “crime committed in the heat of the moment” or his previous “lawful life” and his “good behaviour” while in custody pending trial.

CHAPTER 6

WHAT CAN BE DONE?

It takes courage to question things. Doubt is a luxury not many can afford. The majority of “medium-sewed” minded people prefer a “truth” that’s convenient, “cooked and served” to them on a plate, ready for consumption, and that requires zero energy or brain work to sit / analyse / and repeat, – a truth that’s been served to them by others, and not from the very raw resources.

What can be done will be done by the independent unbiased investigative journalists aka humanists with anarchic investigative state of mind and a wish to find out the truth – that is out there..

Until then, WE WANT TO BELIEVE and we’ll find out the truth, for you, who still live to thinking, a truth that will definitely shock your mind, since we’re already made this HALFWAY.
